// How to Find our Guildford Office - Coming from London and the M25

Coming from London or the M25 (junction 10), take the A3 southbound. Leave the A3 at the exit for Burpham which is signposted about 2 miles before Guildford. Go straight over at the first roundabout, turn right at the second roundabout and then go straight over at the third roundabout (a Sainsbury’s Supermarket is on your right). Almost immediately after the roundabout is a pedestrian crossing and the first turning on the left which will take you into Burpham Lane. The second turning on your right is Howard Ridge, with our offices (#4 Howard Buildings) just on that turning. Turn into Howard Ridge and our car park is on the right just beyond the building.

Coming from the South (A3/A31) or West (A322), initially follow the signs for ‘Guildford Centre’ from the A3/A322 junction and proceed past superstores (PC World, Currys, B & Q are on your left) going straight over at the traffic lights (ignore signs for town centre from this point on). Continue on the dual carriageway to the next junction (traffic signals). Proceed straight over this and then follow signs for A3 (Burpham), forking left on a filter lane at the next roundabout. Go straight over the next two roundabouts passing a parade of shops on your right before the second of these. Take the first exit at the next roundabout and then proceed straight across the following roundabout (a Sainsbury’s Supermarket is now on your right). Almost immediately after the roundabout is a pedestrian crossing and the first turning on the left which will take you into Burpham Lane. The second turning on your right is Howard Ridge with our offices (#4 Howard Buildings) just on that turning. Turn into Howard Ridge and our car park is on the right just beyond the building.

M18 follow signs for Doncaster. At Junction 5 take the M180 Eastbound. Leave the M180 at Junction 1 and at the roundabout turn right onto the A18. At the “Green Tree” public house turn left onto the A614 towards Blaxton. At Blaxton turn right onto the B1396 sign posted Finningley Airfield and Auckley. At Traffic lights turn left onto Gatehouse Lane, at next roundabout turn right onto Hayfield lane, at Traffic Lights turn left into the Finningley Estate. Armstrong House is on the right hand side and our car park is on the right just beyond the building.

At junction 34 of the A1 take the A614 sign posted Bawtry, continue onto the A638 sign posted Doncaster. Continue on the A638 for 3 miles and at traffic lights turn right onto Hurst Lane. At next set of traffic lights turn right onto Hayfield Lane and at the next set of traffic lights turn right into the Finningley estate. Armstrong House is on the right hand side and our car park is on the right just beyond the building.

M18 follow signs for Doncaster. At Junction 3 take the A6182 towards Doncaster. At roundabout with the “Yorkshire Outlet” continue forward along dual-carriageway. Continue along dual carriageway until the junction with the A638. ASDA supermarket will be on your left hand side. At roundabout turn right onto the A638 sign posted Bawtry. Continue along the A638 as you start leaving the urban area you will come to some traffic lights at a public house called the “Hare & Tortoise”. Continue through the traffic lights and at the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Hurst Lane. At next set of traffic lights turn right onto Hayfield Lane and at the next set of traffic lights turn right into the Finningley estate. Armstrong House is on the right hand side and our car park is on the right just beyond the building.
